My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room wasn't ready when I checked in, and it took quite a while to get a different one. On the positive side, the room was surprisingly spacious, although it had some issues like temperature fluctuations, limited hot water, and a saggy bed with cheap springs. The service was friendly overall, especially the late shift staff members, but there were a few hiccups. The location was a bit out of the way with outdated and overpriced surroundings, although it was conveniently close to Magic Springs. The dining options were basic, offering simple cereal, juices, and muffins. The facilities were just average.
